Account customers.
In certain circumstances, monthly accounts can be set up, subject to status and average monthly turnover. Please ask for details.
Archived image retrieval.
In most cases we retain images for many years, (twenty-five plus), and should therefore be able to accommodate a request for that special photograph. The image number will be required and a nominal charge will be made for this service. Please refer to price list.
Booking enquiries.
Each function has its own special requirements and because of that, we will quote individually to each request. The important thing is that you get the coverage you require. We work mainly within and around the City of London. Let us know the venue, date, timings and what you want at the end of the day and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
Cancellation and refunds.
We do not hold stock of any photographs. Every order is produced individually to your requirements and therefore, regretfully once order has been placed cancellations or request for refunds cannot be accepted.
Canvas finish
Prints can be supplied on canvas and either 'wrapped' or framed. Please enquire.
Copyright and Reproduction.
Copyright of all images, in any format, remains solely with Gerald Sharp Photography unless specifically agreed in writing before commencement of shoot (Note: See Digital Images). Illegal copying and use of images is traceable and any infringement of Copyright Law will be vigoursly enforced. Please contact us regarding the granting of permission for reproduction stating the purpose and method of distribution anticipated.
Damaged Goods.
Should items arrive in a damaged condition please contact us immediately by post or email stating the time of arrival and condition. Action will then be taken to replace the items in question and claim compensation from carriers. Please retain damaged items as proof pending claim to carriers.
Delivery times - Prints
We endeavour to supply all orders within a maximum of 14 days from date of receipt of order (subject to Bank Holidays etc). During excessively busy periods this time may be extended, please contact us if you are at all concerned about none delivery of goods.
If prints are required urgently, i.e. sooner than our standard 14 days delivery, then please contact us to check availability (and cost if applicable, please see price list). We will endeavour to meet your needs as long as we know in advance.

Digital Images.
Prices for digitally supplied images include the reproduction rights for your own use, publicity and advertising use.
Ownership of the image remains with Gerald Sharp Photography.
Dispute resolution.
If in the unfortunate circumstances, a reasonable solution cannot be found to resolve a dispute then the matter would be put to third party arbitration.
Enlargements.
If you require cropped and enlarged versions of your prints please enquire. This is not always possible but please conatct us and we will endevour to meet your requirements.
Frames.
Prints can be specially mounted and framed. Please ask for details.
Mounted Prints.
Paper Finish.
All prints are on Pearl Photo RC paper, 250 gsm. with archival quality of 50 years in the correct storage conditions. Other finishes available on request. Please ask for details.
Payment Methods.
Credit/debit card payments. Follow instructions for payment via the secure payment facility ensuring details are entered correctly. Payment can be made by all major credit and debit cards, click the logo at the bottom of page.
Cheque payment. Follow instructions to print out a copy of your required order and post together with a cheque made out for the relevant amount made payable to; Gerald Sharp Photography and post to; The Studio. 20 Brownlea Gardens, Seven Kings, Ilford, Essex. IG3 9NL. On receipt of your order and payment the order will be processed accordingly, (order date as date of receipt of order).
Postage rates, UK and Overseas.
UK Mainland and Northern Ireland standard postage is included in the prices quoted. When ordering for goods delivered within the UK & NI please tick the appropriate button and 'zero' postage will be shown. For overseas rates click as appropriate.
Prices.
Our standard print is 8” x 6” and mounted in either 'Mansion House or 'City Crest' (whichever is applicable to function) folders at £13.70 each including post, packing and VAT (within UK Mainland). We retain the right, in certain situations, to use 9” x 6” prints and mounts should we consider it would benefit the image composition at the same price as 8”x6”. All prices in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Print size, format and content.
Images shown on our web site are cropped to accomodate an 8" x 6" format print (standard size). Alternative print sizes may reflect an image of different proportional size and Gerald Sharp Photography retains the right to supply "best fit" at our discretion.
Proofing and Quality.
All images are recorded within our cameras at both low and high resolution. All proof images are shown with minimal manipulation. On receipt of orders, we individually manage and process all images from the high-resolution version before printing and mounting.
Ordering Procedure.
Go to Functions List page and select the appropriate event from the drop down list. View the proof images. These are proof images are for indicative purposes only and therefore by necessity are of low resolution. Select the required image and click on the required format etc. Your order will be sent to the Shopping Basket. Continue to view and select images sending your requirements to the Shopping Basket. Any amendments can be made at any time. When your selection is complete go to Checkout. Follow instructions for ordering being careful to enter your correct details. Ensure you have entered all the correct information for your order making any alterations as necessary. Once the order has been, submitted amendments cannot be made.
Scanning.
We can scan negative film images for digital reproduction. A nominal charge will be made for this service. Please see price list.

If you have special requirements for your media then please contact us and we will endeavour to accommodate your request.
Storage and keeping of prints.
Prints should not be exposed to strong sunlight for long periods. Storage should always be dry and relatively dust free.
VAT.
All prices shown include VAT at the current rate. Rate applicable at time of order

Care and consideration is given both when taking the photograph and editing the image but should you find an image causes concern please contact us by email and we will endeavour to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
